"Varanger Arctic Kite Enduro" (VAKE) - International Winter kite - enduro, which takes place since 2008, in a mountainous area in the Norwegian polar Varanger peninsula.

VAKE is an official world championship in the long-distance snow kiting. Each year from a variety of teams that have applied to participate in the VAKE, only the top 40 are allowed to compete.

In the framework of "Trans-Onega" and "VAKE" cooperation, organizers of VAKE may decide to award the teams participating in TOKE with two "green cards" (right to participate in VAKE).
Organizers of VAKE are making selection among the teams expressed their interest in receiving such green cards.
